Information we use
Depending on the service, this may include contact details, account identifiers, order and payment status, support messages, community-linking status and security records. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by HVTZ.
Why we use it
We process information to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, respond to enquiries, maintain security and reliability, comply with legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests that do not override individual rights.
Service providers
Relevant providers may include Cloudflare for delivery and security, Supabase for account data, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email and Sentry for privacy-limited error monitoring. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only for operational, contractual, security and legal needs. UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the UK using appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Contact HVTZ for information relevant to a specific service.
